Systems In Our Brain

There are two different type of system working in our brain which process information.
1) Automatic
2) reflective.

1) Automatic system : This is what we all are born with. A new born will cry for any thing he need. Or while driving bike if any fly about to hit your face u quickly side ur head to avoid obstetrical.

2) Reflective System : As you grow u start developing this system. Where u question, give answers, finding reason, take feedback, implementation, developed complex emotion, relationship.A human being can not be complete without this system. The powerful control on this system, more successful you became.

When the automatic reaction is particularly strong, you may feel controlled by some outside force. Your thought may be like this:  I wasn’t myself, or I don’t know what came over me, or The devil made me do it. To those who say you made a bad choice, you try to explain that it was more like an imperative.

The pleasures of surrendering to the automatic system can become addictive; you say, “Just this once,” but it turns into nothing but an empty promise to yourself, a way to mark each loss. Most of us don’t want to live this way, but what can we do about it?

When you find ways to resist, and this ability may contribute to other successes. And one way to resist always do the very simple things that make self-control less of a struggle.
